Simply, that we put you, the customer first. Our aim is to provide the standard of care that we would want for our own families. This means valuing the unique qualities of each customer and seeing the whole person, not just a list of care needs. Our services are flexible and respond to your changing priorities and needs. We work together with families to keep our customers in control of their own care as far as they are able. That’s why we always listen carefully to what you tell us about how you want to receive your care and support. We keep in regular contact, so that you soon get to know the team.

First Platinum Care welcomes all of your feedback because this helps us to improve our services. We have an open procedure for managing any concerns and complaints. All of our homecare customers receive a copy of our procedure when the service starts. We want to make sure that you are in no doubt about how to voice any concerns that may arise or to give us any positive feedback. Confirming the quality of our homecare service.

The care supervisors from our office will regularly check that you are satisfied with the services that you receive from us. We share this information with the national regulator for homecare services. There is a national regulator in each of the four countries of the United Kingdom. These statutory bodies have responsibility for making sure homecare services meet the requirements of the law and meet fundamental standards of quality and safety. The regulators carries out periodic inspections to check our services. As part of these checks they may directly ask our customers for feedback.
